Over the past decade, the national average for time a home was on the market was relatively short. As ‘number of days on market’ has recently increased, many people are turning to bridge loan scenarios to close on the purchase of a new home before selling or closing on their existing home. Traditional bridge loans come with inherent inefficiencies and added costs.
