INVESTMENT PROPERTY LENDING
Several years ago, we began to craft investment property scenarios for two of our major clients. It required a lot of research and investigation – but what came from that experience has proved enormously valuable to our clients. To date, we have helped dozens of professional investors and hundreds of part time investors accumulate properties. We helped one of our clients accumulate a portfolio of more than 100 units. For us to excel in this area, we maintain a long list of lending outlets to fit the countless scenarios we encounter. But more importantly, we take a consultative and diagnostic approach to the process. We help our clients evaluate the economics of a deal, provide them with resources and formulas to evaluate and maintain their properties, and we are constantly searching for ways to help them structure their financing to maximize cash flow while building equity. Even though this is one of the more complicated areas of our practice, we love solving problems and assisting clients with successful real estate investing. Very few banks in the Southeast have the lending programs, let alone the patience and expertise, to navigate these scenarios.
